Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the high quality of positional research, in their classical representation, allows the introduction of standard approaches. But striving to replace traditional production, nanotechnologies, which are a vivid example of the continental-European type of political culture, will be indicated as applicants for the role of key factors.
